A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Support
Specialist to provide versatile support across the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Verify accuracy of billing for sales orders and manage annual
renewals
Maintain records of non-standard terms and ensure compliance in
transactions
Generate reports on billing accuracy and collaborate with various
teams to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience working in Salesforce.com
Basic knowledge of statistical methods and PC applications
Experience with SFDC and Excel for data analysis
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
