As a valued member of our Optimum team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.Responsibilities

  • Customized Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to craft personalized telecom packages that exceed customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Master the art of persuasion to showcase the unparalleled advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections with confidence.
  • Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and sales reports with precision, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management.

    • A minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.

    • Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
    • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
