• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all Company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.

  • Action-Oriented Requirements:
    • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
    • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs. items repetitively.
    • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
