Job DescriptionTrain with Renesas to learn the semiconductor sales process to be able to perform as a full-time account manager responsible for the following:

  • Apply both a business and technical lens to real-world problems
  • Develop and execute sales strategy to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and maintain Renesas as strategic supplier
  • Understand customer strategy, organization, operations, and decision-makers in context of maximizing Renesas business share at the account
  • Develop and maintain strong customer engineering, purchasing, and management relationships
  • Work closely with global and cross-functional teams
  • Own and drive the end-to-end business results at assigned set of customer accounts
  • Home-office-based with frequent travel for F2F customer interactionQualificationsMinimum Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner)
  • Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher
  • Geographically flexible (Training period in Chicago for -6 months. Final job location will be home office-based in either Midwest, Northeast, or Piedmont Atlantic regions)Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Computer Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner)
  • Cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher
  • Ability to balance technical skills with communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working with a team

This position is eligible for bonus pay.
