Job Description:
***GREETER POSITION*** Seasonal Retail Sales Greeter
Position-Job Description:
- This is a FULL-TIME temporary position, approximately 40 hours
per week.
- First contact for meeting and greeting customers as they enter
the store
- Directing customers to appropriate sales representatives
- Helping with service related functions within the store including
billing related inquiries and issues
- Processing bill payments and credits
- Entering orders and activating service
- Assisting with stock replenishment and general store projects as
needed
- Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer
satisfaction and encourages customers to remain with company
service
- Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by
maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and
professionalism
