Job Description:

New Journey, a Genesis10 company, s actively seeking a HVAC Tech for a 6 month Contract position with the potential for a contract extension or conversion.

Compensation: $37.50 per hour

Looking for a HVAC Technician to perform maintenance on a 500,000 square foot building.

Standard schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm
(need to be flexible if needed after 5pm, will adjust accordingly)

Parking Onsite - $20 a day M-Thurs and $15 on Friday
Otherwise, public transportation is near by

Job Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on Exhaust fans, fan blow units, air fan units, water cool condensing units, hot water boilers, etc.
Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems.
Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.


Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of HVAC experience
EPA 608 Certification
Experience with the job responsibilities above


Preferred Qualifications: Master Refrigeration
Boilers license
