You will also act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.LocationThis role is Work from Home and can be based anywhere in the United States.The Main Responsibilities

• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Influences the company's strategic direction and contributes to development of company objectives and principles.
• Identify, prioritize reporting and process enhancements as well as impacts to workflow and work groups
• Experience working with and using Power BI, Excel and BIRA reporting applications
• Gather and analyze multiple data sets to support daily business activity trends, correlate data trends to system or process issues, responsible for providing regular readouts
• Networks and collaborates across multiple work groups
• Direct meetings and drive deliverable for overall projects; strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.
• Identify, prioritize reporting and process enhancements as well as impacts to workflow and work groups
• Clearly communicates both verbally and written to a variety of audiences; create and deliver presentationsWhat We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team player with ability to work across multiple groups
  • Experience working with and using Power BI, Excel and BIRA reporting applications, or equivalent
  • Experience presenting data and findings to leadership as neededPreferred:
    • Master's degree
    • 6+ years of related experienceCompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
