Job Description please note: this hybrid role requires the
employee to be onsite 2-3 days a weekBAE Systems has a job opening
for an Engineering Tools Technical Support Analyst in Hudson, New
Hampshire. As a key member of the Engineering Tools team, the
support analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support of
numerous engineering software applications including the Atlassian
Suite, ClearCase, Collaborator, Coverity, ClearQuest and Gitlab
application environments across BAE Systems production and
classified environments.The role is working within the Engineering
Tools Organization providing technical support to engineers in
their use of software development design and analysis tools. The
vast majority of tools are commercial (COTS) or open source.
General support activities include developing and executing
installation procedures, testing, troubleshooting, responding to
service desk break/fix tickets and service requests, how-to
questions and documenting changes to the production environment in
accordance to internal and DFARS policies and procedures.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience with both Windows
and Linux
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Active Security+ Certified.
- Experience working with virtualized environments such as VMware
Workstation and VCenter.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts, TCP\\IP, DNS,
firewall configuration and creation of Security
Certificates.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Working
administrative experience with one or more of the following
applications:
- Atlassian Suite
- Gitlab
- Collaborator
- Coverity

- WindRiver Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 -
$156860Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
