Mid-sized Design/Build General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager and/or Senior PM to join their team in Augusta Maine!From Ice Arena's, to Municipal Buildings as well as Historical Preservation - they do it all. Projects range typically between $2M - $10M.Great culture, big emphasis on being a team player.This person needs to be able to lead ground-up projects. • Leading ground up projects between $2M - $10M
• PM will oversee APM - report into SPM
• SPM will oversee PM - report into owner
• Commuting to Augusta ME
• Standard PM duties ProfileThe successful candidate has:
  • 5-10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction
  • Proven track record of leading large ground-up projects $2-10M
  • Commutable to Augusta, ME
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Timberline (open to implementing new technologies) Job OfferThe Super will receive:
    • Compensation up to $120K (PM) $150K (SPM)
