Come join our TJX family-a Fortune 100 company and the world's leading off-price retailer.Job Description:The Opportunity:Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.The Global Safety and Security Business Partner serves as a subject matter expert in threat assessment and workplace violence prevention for Associates and facilities across all TJX US domestic locations. Responsible for investigating, assessing, and managing threatening behavior from internal/external individuals and incidents that could impact the workplace. This includes working with numerous levels of leadership to provide recommendations as it relates to non-clinical threat assessment and case management strategies tailored to the situation. Includes safety and security support for domestic and international travel, company events and senior leadership meetings, and the Executive Safety and Security program.

• Managing complex workplace violence concerns to support field and corporate partners at various executive leadership levels, including:
• Conducting thorough assessment of an indirect or direct threat
• Making recommendations on case management strategies to mitigate risk and establish a safe environment
• Conduct detailed investigative research through internal and external platforms
• Influence a wide variety of TJX leaders and stakeholders on case management strategies and risk mitigating recommendations across all supported incidents
• Conduct pre-site planning and assessments on in-person event support, to include coordination of medical or security resources, for large-scale and complex company events
• Provide end-to-end support to TJX Associates who travel for company business. This includes pre-trip consultation, travel training content creation and in person or virtual delivery, location research & risk assessments, and security resource coordinationWho We Are Looking For:You.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with knowledge of loss prevention and/or workplace violence/threat management preferred.
