Associate Financial Advisor - Boutique Wealth Firm - Career Growth Track

Location: Norwalk, CT - Fully Onsite, 5 Days/Week

Compensation: $110K-$150K base + Benefits Reimbursement


Overview:

A growing boutique wealth advisory firm is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join their close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the firm's founder and lead advisor (CFP -), learning his process, engaging in every client meeting, and gradually taking over part of his well-established book of business.

This role is perfect for someone who values deep client relationships, thrives in a collaborative setting, and wants to build a long-term future in financial planning.


Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Participate in all client meetings and communications alongside the lead advisor
  
  
• 
  Learn the firm's planning process and support a smooth client transition over time
  
  
• 
  Deliver tailored financial guidance in investment, retirement, estate, and tax planning
  
  
• 
  Conduct regular reviews to keep financial plans aligned with life and market changes
  
  
• 
  Provide high-touch service and strengthen long-term relationships with clients
  
  
• 
  Contribute to internal process improvements and help grow the firm
  
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    CFP - designation required
    
    
  • 
    Series 65 or 66 required (Series 7 a plus, but not required)
    
    
  • 
    3-5+ years of financial advisory or wealth management experience
    
    
  • 
    Experience with platforms like eMoney and Redtail is a plus (not required)
    
    
  • 
    Detail-oriented, empathetic, flexible, and committed to helping others
    
    
  • 
    Willing to work onsite full-time in a small team environment
