Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist I to assist with
the Deal Desk Process related to Sales Quotes and Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process incoming deal requests from the Sales department
using Salesforce and NetSuite
Create Proposal Documents and Legal Paperwork for all Quotes
submitted to Deal Desk
Provide training and guidance to other Deal Desk members and assist
with external department projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work
experience
Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically
dispersed team
Strong computer application skills and understanding of
enterprise-wide systems
Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing
priorities
