Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Associate to
support administrative functions and streamline recruitment
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal recruitment processes, including job postings and
candidate coordination
Conduct screenings and background checks to assess candidates'
suitability
Facilitate and track the onboarding process while handling general
administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in HR, customer support, or an
administrative role
Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Availability to work during U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST)
