401k Generous paid time off Job Summary: As a 3rd shift Strip Crew
Member, you will be responsible for the disassembly and pulling of
the precast concrete pieces from the casting forms each night. Job
tasks may include, but are not limited to, removing tarps and
curing blankets from the precast concrete pieces, disassembling
wooden and steel formwork, using overhead cranes, torches, demo
saws and other tools as part of the disassembly process, completing
basic finishing and detailing of the precast concrete pieces, and
cleanup of the casting forms and work areas.Essential Functions: 1.
Protect Family and Friends. Follow all Company Safety Policies and
Procedures as well as Occupational Safety and Health Administration
(OSHA) regulations and guidelines. Support business activities,
objectives, and programs. Upon start of work be prepared with
proper PPE and maintain a clean and organized work area.2.
Integrity. Arrive to work at time scheduled. Check-in and out with
Crew Leader before leaving work/leaving work area for any reason.
Punch in at time clocks to the appropriate job and product that you
will be working on.3. Mastery. Maintain proper care & storage of
materials, mold, tools, and equipment. Disassemble Precast concrete
forms. Operate cutting torches, saws and other tools assigned for
the daily tasks.4. Help prepare/stage materials and tools for next
day to maintain efficient workflow. Inform Crew Leader of missing
materials or tools to avoid stoppage. Properly clean and dispose of
waste materials. Ability to meet established deadlines.5. Respect
and engage. Follow Crew Leaders instruction to maintain a steady
workflow throughout the day. Clear verbal communications with
co-workers and crew leaders.6. Work-life Rhythm. Notify Crew Leader
of any upcoming scheduled time off, appointments, etc.
Requirements, Education and Experience:1. Experience working in the
manufacturing/construction environment, preferred.2. High School
Diploma or GED, preferred.3. Legal right to work in the U.S.Other

Environment/Physical Demands:This position works indoors in a
construction environment. Heavy work that includes moving objects
up to 50 lb. or more. This position works on or near moving
mechanical parts and loud equipment. Requires the ability to sit or

bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, walking, reaching, driving,
