Business Area has immediate openings for highly motivated Systems
Engineering Requirements Leads in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions

experienced Systems Engineering to lead requirements development on
a program within our defense portfolio from award through
preliminary design. We are focused on delivering innovative
Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system
development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for
consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to
perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role,
it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be
conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the
time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Demonstrated ability to develop,
lead, and motivate technical teamsExperience performing
requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating
requirements to viable concepts design solutionsFamiliarity with
requirements management toolsExperience with systems engineering
processes, methodologies, and toolsAbility to prioritize and adjust
to dynamic project needsProven design, analysis and communication
skillsActive Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's Degree in
engineering, or related field, and minimum of 10 years of work
experience or equivalent experiencePreferred Education, Experience,
& Skills
Understanding of programmatic
schedule and costExperience with Electronic Warfare
SystemsFamiliarity with modern engineering techniques, such as
Model Based Systems EngineeringPay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $140690 - $239140Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
