Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting SIG SAUER in recruiting for CMM Operator/QC Inspector jobs in Portsmouth and Exeter, NH. These are temporary to hire and direct hire work opportunities. The CMM Operators/QC Inspectors will be responsible for working with operators, setup personnel, and programmers to help define and resolve quality issues. Responsibilities for the CMM Operator/QC Inspector jobs include:

- Prior inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

- Strong familiarity with precision measurement

- Perform visual and mechanical inspection of complex parts

- Knowledge of Zeiss CMM

- Read and understand part drawings, process sheets, and all Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

- Able to use various types of measuring equipment including CMMs, Optical Comparators, Vision Systems, etc.

- Ensure in-process quality meets the specification and requirement stipulated in the work instructions or control plans

- Generate inspection reports

- Analyze CMM data and provide analysis for high volume production

- Perform, assess, and debug gauge repeatability and reproducibility

- Perform first piece inspections and/or first run for production process proofing

Pay rates and shift hours for Portsmouth are:

1st shift: $18 to $21/hr and working 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday

2nd shift: add 10% differential to base pay rate and working 3:30 pm to 12 am, Monday through Friday.

3rd shift: add 15% differential to base pay rate and working 11 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday.

Pay rates and shift hours for Exeter are:

1st shift: $18 to $21/hr and working 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday

2nd shift: add 10% differential to base pay rate and working 3:30 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday.
