CNC Programmer – mill turn, multi axis, oem, cad cam

We are looking for a CNC Programmer to support the company
mill/turn CNC machines. Candidates with multi-axis turn/mill, multi
tasking machines or swiss lathe programing will be considered. Our
client uses Nakamura Tome mill/turn CNC with Fanuc controls.
Knowledge of Mastercam or Partmaker is preferred. Candidates
without cam software experience can receive up to 6 months of
training. Our client will consider any mill/turn experience on CNC
equipment such as Mori Seiki, Okuma, Mazak, Tsugami, Hurco, Deckel
Maho or other brands of millturn. The CNC Programmer will generate
CNC code, calculate cycle times, and specify work holding and
cutting tools. Past experience creating macro programs and/or
modifying post is a plus, but not required. Previous hands on set
up experience is preferred, allowing the programmer to generate
effective code. Candidates should have the ability to troubleshoot
and improve processes.
MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience processing and
programming multi-axis CNC millturn, multi-tasking or swiss lathes
with milling capability. Knowledge of cam software is a plus,
software training is provided.
