Job SummaryThe Training and Adoption Solutions Architect will
develop and deliver end-user-focused training and adoption programs
to maximize technology adoption and business value for customers.
The Training and Adoption Solutions Architect will participate in
customer calls to help identify needs and requirements and develop
training and adoption plans. The goal of the Training and Adoption
Solutions Architect is to increase customer productivity and
adoption by facilitating engaging professional workshops and
training.This position is a remote position with a Home Office

to:Execute against given key productivity indicators, including new
offer development and revenue growthDevelop and create curriculum,
content, and reference guidesDevelop solutions, services, and
offersDevelop, conduct, and deliver effective/relevant end-user
training programs to customersDeliver quality workshops and
training in an effective and efficient mannerEvaluate outcomes of
training sessions and provide feedback to leadershipTravel in the
US and to Client locations when necessaryAttend customer calls to
develop training and adoption plans for the customersManage and
coordinate trainer resourcesDeliver presentations internally and
externally to evangelize the full portfolio of end-user
offeringsQualificationsCompleted Bachelor's Degree, preferably in
Education/Teaching5+ years of content creation and curriculum
design5+ years years of Microsoft 365 experienceMinimum of 5 years
facilitation/training experience5+ years of adoption and change
management experienceThe ability to teach to a diverse/cross
generational populationRequired SkillsAdvanced knowledge and
proficiency in Microsoft Office application/productsExcellent
knowledge of training methods and best practices for end-user
training on application softwareExceptional presentations skills
with ability to speak clearly and effectively to small/large
audiences both in person or virtually.Strong client service
orientationProfessional and punctual demeanorPossess a deep
knowledge and understanding of the businessStrong Communication
skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsPossess
innovative thinking with a passion for Learning and Continuous
LearningAbility to embrace efficiencyPossesses Industry
KnowledgeAbility to teach and use techniques to a diverse/cross
generational populationAbility to Measure and Assess Staff Training

Specialist certification is a plusUnique RequirementsTravel as
needed based on business needs anddeterminedby SHI
management.Additional InformationThis position's estimated annual
pay range is $130,000 - $180,000, including a base salary and
bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and,
