Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and
countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare
capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Because of the need
for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to
perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role,
it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be
conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.In
this role, you will:
You will be leading System
Engineering efforts to define, mature, test, and field complex
novel algorithm-centric software applications to some of the United
States' most pressing problemsYou will be collaborating with
various organizations, including BAE Systems FAST Labs (Research
and Development center) to transition demonstrated capabilities
from concept to high technical readiness level productsYou will be
developing the future of Radio Frequency Electronic Warfare and
Advanced Electronics, which is focused on developing next
generation Electronic Warfare capabilities for the
Warfighter.Occasionally travel (about 10% of the time) to customer
sites for meetings and technical discussions and participate in
field events. Have opportunities to develop strong and increasingly
complex Hardware and software skills and stay current in the
hardware and software discipline.Who You Are:

U.S. Citizenship with Top Secret
ClearanceBachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical
Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent, related discipline
with 8+ years of experience,or Master's Degree in Systems
Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and
6+ years of experienceMotivated individual with strong
problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills (both
verbal and written)Have some software experiencePreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
TS/SCI ClearanceExperience in
Application developmentMaster's degree in a technical field such as
Systems EngineeringHave RF Theory and wireless communications
experience.Understanding of signal processing for signal analysis
and waveform generationSpecific skills within the Electronic Attack
(EA) domains of Electronic Warfare (EW)Digital Engineering, Model
Based Systems Engineering (SysML), Model Based Agile Engineering
(Value Drive Digital Threads) and Agile Mindset principle,
practices & processes, and tools & techniques.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
