Job Description Ready to make a difference? BAE Systems is
looking for experienced engineers to join our cross-functional,
multi-disciplinary team to develop next-generation electronic
warfare systems. This position will support our infrared
countermeasures products. This role is for individual technical
contributors performing one or more of the following systems
engineering functions:
- Analyze system requirements and customer use cases
- Work independently and in collaboration with other team members
to troubleshoot technical problems and address customer
concerns
- Develop Functional Performance and Qualification test plans
and/or procedures
- Write Functional Performance and Qualification test
reports
- Contribute to major customer reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, and/or
TRR)
- Perform system level integration and test
- Verify and validate complex system designs to ensure
conformance with functional specifications and customer
requirements
- Staff and execute as Systems Engineering Lead with cost and
schedule responsibilities This position will require you to be
onsite at BAE offices in New Hampshire, especially Merrimack, NH.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or
the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of
this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This
means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility
100% of the time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- US Citizenship required.
- Must possess an Active Secret Clearance and be eligible for a
SAP/SAR Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field with 6+
years related experience; or Master's degree and 4+ years related
experience.
- Experience in requirements analysis, integration, and test
- Experience as a Cost Account Manager and Earned Value
- Experienced Team LeadPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field with 8+
years related experience; or Master's degree and 6+ years related
experience.
- Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE); especially
Cameo / MagicDraw
- Familiarity with Agile project management techniques
- Success with formal leadership of small teams
- Development Program experience
- Earned Value experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong closure skillsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
