In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists to design industry-changing experiences for our millions of users. Your designs will impact the scientific understanding of biology, chemistry, and microbiology and contribute to our company-wide objective of improving user experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of experience design, collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Create user flows, site maps, and wireframes to clearly articulate experience design concepts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product insights to maintain high standards in design quality.
• Mentor and inspire other members of the Product Design team to foster a culture of creativity.
• Present experience design concepts and strategies, incorporating insights collected throughout the design process.Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and high-fidelity products.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience using design system components, variables, and properties.
• Experience delivering complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to organize and structure content effectively, including creating site maps, user flows, and navigation systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and building interactive prototypes in Figma is a plus.
