Job Description:
Fidelity Investments has an exciting SW Engineer opportunity on
a Mobile Platform (iOS or Android)- squad responsible for building
and supporting scalable and highly reliable iOS/Android Platform
for native mobile applications
As a Software Engineer you will be applying your strong Mobile
(iOS/Android) development and testing skills to design, develop,
test, deploy, maintain and improve the customer-facing software
solutions. You will also be supporting your team in adopting test
automation frameworks and best practices to ensure we are building
the right product and we are building it right. Fidelity is
currently hiring for Junior, Senior and Principal level
positions.
-- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
engineering or related field
-3+ years of experience with building, debugging and supporting
Mobile applications
- Hands on experience with test automation frameworks using XCUI
for iOS or Espresso for Android
- Hands on experience in Xcode and Swift (iOS) or Android Studio
and Kotlin (Android)
- Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment
- Experience Cloud technology is a must.
Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better
software design, promote proper software engineering and bug
prevention strategies, testability and security
Actively participate in the development process through writing and
maintain application features and automated tests including unit
tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests,
performance tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests
Support the team in designing reliable, accurate tests, and in
integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
Enable the team in designing and developing automation using XCUI
and Android Frameworks
Full-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of technologies and
test automation frameworks
Able to learn large software systems end-to-end quickly
