Job Description:
As part of an established Manage Solutions team, you will
develop Salesforce applications and integrations with other vital
business applications. The Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible
for leading and guiding a team of developers and engineers in
designing, building, and implementing Salesforce solutions. This
person is expected to have a deep understanding of the Salesforce
platform, including its architecture, development, and
administration. An experienced, enthusiastic, and versatile
individual is required to join an established team providing the
full range of services around Salesforce. The role will mainly
encompass involvement in setting technical direction to the team
maintaining high standards but also organizing the team sprint into
achievable deliverables. Responsibilities:
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and
conventions including but not limited to VSCode, APEX, VisualForce,
Lightning Web Components.
- Guide and lead the team to utilize Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and
Bamboo.
- Organize and align team members' understanding of their
abilities.
- Deliver deployments alongside team members.
- Work with clients and technical teams on project scoping to
allow for improvements leading to an improved success rate in
overall project completion.
- Support pre-sales activities and follow-ups. Technical Skills:
Must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Development or another
similar technology.
- Experience leading a development team of 3-5 people.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification. Desirable:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
