Keys to the Position:
 
10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
 
Strong PM that understands milestones, risk management and critical path to allow us to manage our teams on different tracks
 
Needs to have the drive, passion, curiosity and interest in enhancing  users IT experience.  This is more important that having experience with a specific PM tool
 
Hands on PM that gets into the weeds  - identifying gaps, defining scope,  strong collaboration with many different teams, ability to keep the priorities on track (this role is not to solve the problems but to facilitate a decision making process) and desire to take ownership of the initiatives thru to completion.  
 
Must have excellent written and verbal business communication skills
 
PMP is a + but is not required.
 
Financial Services experience is a +
 
 
 
This role will be based in Boston but will require travel to Marlborough one day per week.  If the person prefers to work in Marlborough and come to Boston 2 days per week, that would be possible.  Flexibility to work between both locations is required

Senior IT Project Manager
 
 
 
We are looking for an IT Project Manager that has experience working with various teams to ensure that multiple IT projects remain on track.  This role will be focused on managing several related projects that are all geared to create a positive user experience.  These areas include Video Conferencing, Email, Solutions Center (Help Desk), Remote Connectivity, Intranet, Desktop, etc.   Our goal is to have this person successfully manage  projects to ensure that users are able to use our systems to make their experience easier and more efficient.
