experienced Software Engineers with a minimum of four years of
experience and a range of skills. The Software Engineer will apply
her/his skills to developing high-quality, real-time embedded
software for fielded electronics platforms. BAE Systems in NH is

Principal Software Engineer to support the Countermeasures &
Electromagnetic Attack Solutions business area. As an industry
leader in EO/IR and RF technologies, our team is dedicated to
advancing multi-platform detection, tracking and defeat of incoming
threats to support aircraft, ground vehicle and maritime
survivability.Job Responsibilities:
Duties include analyzing, designing,
coding and code modification (typically in C++) of complex software
designs for simple systems or subsystems or subsystems of larger
systems. You will be designing, developing, and testing complex
electronic warfare software and tools.You will be preparing design
documentation, in accordance with established processes.You will
utilize either a Windows or Linux based software development
environment. Embedded targets could range from ARM through high
performance x86-64 CPUs and Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). You
will be integrating and testing in the selected target test
environments.You may participate in external project interactions
with customers and other companies.Who you are:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and minimum of 6
years work experience or equivalent experience Secret Clearance
(active within the last two years)Foundation in Object-Oriented

modern C++ 17 or laterExperience using scripting languages, such as
Python or BashStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong

teamsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070Please
note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
