as a Senior SW Engineer in our Space Software writing a full stack

application using RESTful APIs which includes the functionality of
a legacy tool--- Collaborate closely with the program subject
matter expert and engineering lead.--- Apply current and emerging
technologies and tools in software development--- Expand the
functionality of the existing toolset through new feature
development--- Engage with the customer for feedback and input on
technical directionPlease note that pursuant to a government
contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or
the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of
this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.This
means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility

- TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CompTIA Security+
certification
- 6+ years of software development, or equivalent technical
experience
- Experience in RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, Java or Python
web applications required
- Proficiency with source code control tools such as git or
Bitbucket
- Strong written and verbal technical communication &
collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
or a related disciplinePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience developing on Linux Operating Systems
- Experience with full stack frameworks (e.g., Spring, Wicket,
Django, Flask) and/or experience with NodeJS /other front end
languages a plus.
- Interest in completing a CI polygraph
- Experience with automated build pipelines, Jenkins, Ansible, &
Atlassian tools
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (scrum or
kanban)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 -
$191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
