mid-career, Software Engineers with a minimum of four years of
experience to join our rapidly growing Compass Call program. When
you become a member of our team, you will work across multiple
disciplines and collaborate with Systems, Hardware, and Test
Engineers to impact all phases of the Software Development

Analyze, design, and code (typically
in C++) complex software designs for simple systems or subsystems
or subsystems of larger systems. Evaluate complex software designs
to identify design flaws.Prepare design and test documentation, in
accordance with established processes.Utilize a Linux based
software development environment. Provide technical leadership as
needed.Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration
and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature
of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems
facility 100% of the time.Security Clearance: Many of our positions
require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which
the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Please review the

Must hold an active DoD Secret level
security clearanceBachelor's Degree in computer science, computer
engineering, or related field, and minimum of 4 years work

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
