sensors and processing.BAE Systems is looking for a Cyber Systems
Administrator. The qualified candidate will be working in support
of system security activities in a rapid operational environment.
They will support the specification, development, implementation,
and maintenance of computer security technologies using
cybersecurity methodologies and information assurance management
techniques on internal, DoD, and Intelligence Community systems on
multiple Fast Labs programs in Merrimack NH. Because of the need
for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to
perform all work on site due to the nature of this role, it will be
performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on
location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.This position
may require business travel to customer locations in support of
customer meetings, supporting product integration, installation
and/or administration.In this role, you will:
- Perform technical tasks as part of the Security Systems
Administrator team in support of system security compliance
- Maintain the day-to-day security posture and continuous
monitoring of Information Systems including installation,
configuration, and patching
- Conduct vulnerability scans to detect system security and
configuration vulnerabilities
- Report or resolve system configuration and patching
vulnerability issues
- Provide configuration and change management and accurately
assess the impact of system configuration modifications
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams for cyber
requirements integration
- Support architecture analysis and designs of defense-in-depth
solutions
- Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities for
DoD Systems in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Conduct and analyze vulnerability assessments to validate
system compliance with RMF controls and DISA Security Technical
Information Guidelines (STIG)Who You Are:

- Bachelor of Science degree in a Cyber, Systems, Information

- US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret/SCI security
clearance
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Extensive experience with Ubuntu/Linux/Microsoft Systems
Administration to include applications
- Experience with virtualized and containerized
environmentsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Motivated self-starter with good problem-solving skills,
judgment, and analytical capability
- Flexible in a fast-paced environment regardless of demands
- Ability to deal with complex IT, hardware, software, and
program infrastructure issues
- Open-source SW familiarity requiring ongoing support to
install, configure and troubleshoot
- Ability to work cohesively with Security and IT to meet
customer program mission requirements
- Experience with traditional A&A tools: ACAS Nessus, SCAP
Scanner, STIG Viewer
- Ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with
higher level managers, functional managers, customers, industry
partners, and teammates
- Ability to ensure system security measures comply with
applicable National Cybersecurity policies (RMF, NIST SP 800-53,
NIST SP 800-171, internal standards, etc.) on complex systems
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be
productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Experience conducting data transfers following approved
security procedures
- Other cyber certifications (CISSP, ISSAP, ISSEP, CSSLP, CCSP,
CEH, OSCP, etc.)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 -
$191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
