Job Description:

Our Boston based marketing technology company is looking for a hands on Web Designer with 5+ years' experience to join the marketing and creative team; you'll partner closely with members of the team to work on UI, Design and functionality of the site while also collaborating with members of the Product team.
What you'll do:

• Develop and produce conceptually-driven campaigns with a high degree of craft, specifically focusing on websites.
• Also create compelling work across multiple channels including: video, digital/social, events, and more
• Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders and teams to create work that elevates our brand in the marketplace
• Ensure that every brief meets our creative standards and business goals
• Collaborate with other art directors, designers, copywriters, and editors, as well as external production partners
• Have a thorough understanding of our brand voice, visual identity and core promise to create a throughline across the assets you create
• Balance conceptual and hands-on design responsibilities
  Who you are:
  • 5+ years of experience a Web Designer at agencies, studios or in-house
  • A portfolio that shows strong strategic and conceptual campaign thinking and websites created from scratch.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and sell work to stakeholders
  • Broad awareness of trends in culture and technology
  • Experience running productions and partnering with directors, photographers, motion designers and illustrators
  • Experience designing for platforms including, but not limited to: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Expertise in video, digital, and animated executions, and proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
