Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter. This
will be a key member of our recruiting team and work more broadly
within the Evolent Talent Team. This role in particular will be
focused on Immigration Recruiting, and candidates should have prior
experience with these processes including familiarity with visas,
documentation and coordination with the USCIS.The Experience You
Need (Required):
- Experience with immigration recruiting including familiarity
with visas, documentation and coordination with USCIS
- 3-5 years of working in a high volume recruiting role,
corporate recruiting experience preferred
- Experience using Workday ATS
- Capability and desire to learn, grow, advance in a recruiting
organization that is expanding with the company
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a quick-moving,
dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt and believes in taking smart risks
- Analytical mindset that can identify and solve
problemsResponsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for designated area
- Review candidates and coordinate and communicate with USCIS as
needed, may include 300+ applicants per job
- Meet regularly with hiring leaders to prioritize openings and
allocate time and resources against needs accordingly
- Work closely with hiring leaders to identify and solve
potential bottlenecks or challenges in the hiring process
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and action
plans in filling high priority roles
- Encourage engagement with leaders to help drive positive
outcomes for hiring efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers in order to pipeline for
future hiring needs and identify crucial skillsets
- Engage with candidates throughout the process in order to
create the ideal candidate experience
- Utilize behavioral based interviewing techniques and help drive
continued client adoption
- Use and update our Applicant Tracking System - Workday - for
all activitySkills:
- Workday (3 years of experience is preferred)
