About the jobThe primary purpose of the post-production trainer
role is to train operators on the final steps of production,
leading to the final release of the product. These activities may
include visual inspection, labeling, packaging, and
fulfillment.ResponsibilitiesPost-production activities include, but
are not limited to, performing physical counts of products to be
labeled, performing visual inspection on product units, applying
labels and tamper seals (where necessary), selecting appropriate
box/cooler and packaging of product for delivery, selecting
appropriate product to fulfill customer orders, and proper
documentation of forms in all post-production areas. The person in
this position will have mastered the tasks listed above and train
new hires and follow employees in said processes.SupervisorThe
director of aseptic and compounding operations will be the
supervisor for the post-production trainer. All questions,
comments, etc. shall be reported to the supervisor.AppearanceThe
post-production trainer shall present themselves in a professional
manner at all times. The required garb is scrubs and dedicated
shoes to be worn only in the confines of the facility. No make-up,
perfume, or jewelry shall be worn in the clean room at any time.
Personnel may not enter the clean room within one hour of
smoking.Minimum QualificationsAll aspects of post-production have
been mastered and signed off.Physical requirements:Post-production
trainer should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for
extended periods of time, and be able to pass a vision test.What's
