Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales efforts.Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom, sales floor, and customer service areas.
• Sales Support: Assist sales team members with sales efforts, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, counting stock, and tracking inventory levels.Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
