Job Description:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly motivated and
customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service
Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for
providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and
organized store environment, and supporting our sales
efforts.Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to
customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a
friendly and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store
environment, including stockroom, sales floor, and customer service
areas.
- Sales Support: Assist sales team members with sales efforts,
including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and
maintaining store displays.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management,
including receiving shipments, counting stock, and tracking
inventory levels.Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate
effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to
achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including
mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process
transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.Benefits
