Job Description:

Summary: Assist Team Leader in daily operations, lead Team Members, maintain store layout, achieve sales targets, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain store layout and product merchandising.
  
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  
• Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports, and labor.
  
• Assist Team Leader with ordering and inventory management.
  
• Resolve team concerns or issues.
  
• Function as point person in absence of Team Leader.
  
• Set and achieve retail execution standards.
  
• Maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Work in a wet and cold environment.
      
    • Use knives and other cutting equipment.
