About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining hall and retail locations. • Hiring, Supervising, and Training: Manage a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the standards of excellence.

• Financial Management: Operate within the budget, identifying new ways to improve the business and increase revenue.

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
