• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including chairs, tables, trash receptacles, condiments, and other areas as directed by the supervisor.
• Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, such as floor vacuums, brooms, mops, wringers, buckets, sanitation towels, and chemicals, as needed.
• Compliance and Communication: Comprehend and comply with verbal and written directions from the supervisor, including company procedures, rules, and policies.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our clients and guests.
• COVID-19 Protocols: Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Physical Demands: Lift, move, and store food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height, as needed.
