Job Description:

Cafe Manager position available at Claremont Mckenna College. Manage daily dining hall and two retail locations, supervise staff, and ensure quality control of food and customer service. Relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, or corporate settings required. $68,000-70,000 salary range, free shift meal and safety shoes provided. • Key responsibilities:
• Supervise food service operation and ensure quality standards are met.
• Hire, train, and coach associates.
• Plan and execute special events/promotions.
• Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Operate within budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
