As a Co-Manager at Hobby Lobby, you will play a key role in leading a team and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Store Manager to provide operational leadership and drive sales growth.
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and drive customer engagement.
Lead and mentor new and existing team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.
