We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our Restaurant Outlet team. The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Alpine Hall, Tipsy Trout and/or Whistle Pig Pavilion, as well as other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. You will train and motivate staff to maximize profitability.

Essential Job functions

--- Responsible for the Daily Operation of Tipsy Trout & Alpine Hall and other activations as applicable.

--- Training & Development of line level Colleagues and Managers to ensure seamless & luxurious guest service.

--- Purchasing, Invoicing and Coding.

--- Manages schedule and payroll for employees.

--- Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered.

--- Ensures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops and side stations through floor presence.

--- Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team.

--- Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities in real time.

--- Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings as well as continuing education for colleagues.

--- Guest Service Recoveries and Communication.

--- Coaching in the moment to Service Colleagues for both celebration and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required. College degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of prior Management experience, required. F&B and Events/Banquets related experience preferred.
  • Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office and Micros
