Job Description:
Leadership role overseeing the Produce team, ensuring daily
operations, profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising,
labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects are executed
efficiently.
- Holds team members accountable for delivering excellent
customer service.

- At least 24 months of retail experience, including 12 months of
team leadership experience.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Standing/walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and
pulling.
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights,
weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters,
electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery.Key Qualifications:
