Job Description:

Leadership role overseeing the Produce team, ensuring daily operations, profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects are executed efficiently.

  • Holds team members accountable for delivering excellent customer service.

    • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations applications.
      • At least 24 months of retail experience, including 12 months of team leadership experience.
        • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
        • Standing/walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
        • Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
        • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
        • Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
        • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
        • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
        • Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery.Key Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
