As the Outdoor Associate must deliver an elevated customer service experience that will build meaningful relationships with athletes within the great outdoors, fishing, camping, hiking, etc. . Additional responsibilities will also include driving results, ensuring Company standards, and assisting with storewide operations as needed. Customer Service & Sales:

• Responsible for driving the highest level of customer service within our Outdoor department while engaging in behaviors that are in-line with company's service and selling standards
• Bring to life the power of opinion. Making sure the explorer experience includes product experts who provide consultative advice while demonstrating excellent product knowledge
• Uphold standards for merchandise presentation, showcasing the best apparel and equipment brands in sporting goods by following established floor sets, signing requirements, price changes, replenishment and recovery processes, in-stock, etc.
• Guide and educate athletes through their purchase by communicating information on use and maintenance of their equipment and accessories Operations:
  • Help communicate information to teammates regarding Company initiatives, programs, promotions, etc.
  • Maintaining Company loss prevention standardsQUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • 1-3 years experience; prior retail experience preferred
