About the Role:
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Client
Experience (CX) team and support client projects with best-in-class
service. Could this be you?
In this highly visible role, as a Project Manager you will become
an expert in our Panorama products and services to successfully
design and implement survey programs and collaborate with cross
functional teams to maximize client value and adoption for clients
in our Premier service tier. Our clients in this segment are
typically schools and districts serving between 9,000 to 15,000
students
You'll need strong customer service, organization, communication,
technical and problem solving skills to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage a portfolio of 50 or more clients that sit
within the Premier/Mid-Size tier client segment
- Deliver projects on time and error free by collaborating
cross-functionally with other stakeholders such as Survey
Operations & Technical Support
- Implement strategies to increase product adoption and maximize
client value by collaborating with our Account Management
Team
- Troubleshoot and successfully triage supports for clients
experiencing technical issues by collaborating with our technical
teams such as Tech Support and Engineering
- You'll use PM tools such as the Panorama platform, Smartsheets,
Salesforce, MS Excel, JIRA and Gainsight
- You'll make sure our clients receive the highest level of
service across all communication channels

- You will build your leadership on the team by supporting some
functional and cross functional strategic projects aligned with the
CX and company wide goals as needed
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
Experience supporting a high volume of clients and stakeholders
simulteanously in the SAAS industry
- 0-2 years experience in a client facing role supporting
partners/clients in the SaaS industry
- Experience working with a diverse set of clients from both high
touch and self serve
- Ability to drive product adoption and maximize client
value
- Experience/background in Education/EdTech is a plus
Superior project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a number of projects on tight
deadlines with a high level of organization and accuracy
- Leverages various methods to keep portfolio and projects on
track and the appropriate stakeholders informed
- Experience working across multiple cross functional teams to
problem solve and support client health
- Communicates effectively and accurately to multiple
stakeholder
Tech savvy and a quick learner
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues quickly &
accurately
- Can explain complex technical concepts or features clearly and
accurately to different types of stakeholders
- Experience leveraging tools to maximize efficiencies and
maintain portfolio organization
Base Salary: $65,200 - $87,000
