Job Description:We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor
(GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top
notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all

Responsibility
- Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job
duties implemented by management.
- Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help
perform certain tasks.
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for
everyone.
- Adhere to the execution of established safety, security,
quality and store operations policies, procedures, and
practices.
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards;
maintain proper cash levels.
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
(cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash etc).
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and
processes.
- Responsible for all cash processes which includes deposit
preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
- Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established

time.Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day,
nights, weekends and or holidays.
- Must be efficient and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for
position.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's
license.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including
selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and
lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
- Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e. cooler, outside,
etc.,)Education
- High School Diploma or GEDCT Wage Disclosure: $16-17/hrWe value
