Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a
travel nursing job in Bangor, Maine. Job Description &
Requirements
Case Manager averages 25 to 30 patients
2 years home health experience minimum
RN Licensed for State of Maine or Compact
BLS required
Driver's license required and must use own vehicle to drive from
patient home to patient home.
Call requirement: Overnight - 5 PM to 8 AM. Rotation is typically
twice a month but could be more dependent upon staffing
Holiday Expectations: Will be required if assignment aligns with
