Job Description:
A leading critical access hospital located in northern New
Hampshire is now seeking an experienced Sleep Medicine Advanced
Practice Provider to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This full-service critical access hospital boasts 25 inpatient beds
and offers personalized medical, surgical, and intensive care
services. This location also offers various other inpatient and
outpatient services including cardiovascular, rehabilitation,
oncology care, and diagnostic services.
The Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider will join a busy and
growing sleep medicine program in the northern New Hampshire
market. This program offers office-based sleep services for
managing obstructive sleep apnea, sleep related breathing
disorders, insomnia, hypersomnia, restless leg syndrome, and REM
sleep behavioral disorders. The Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice
Provider will provide patient consultation, reviews and manages
prescription refills, and partners with sleep technologists and
respiratory therapists.
What's Needed to Succeed:
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse APRN or Physician Assistant
PA-C
Licensed in state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
Advanced knowledge of sleep medicine is a plus!
