Job Description:
Join our team in Berlin, NH Seeking an experienced Sleep
Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to
patients above age 5 (ages 2-5 with physician screening). Manage
positive airway pressure therapy, medication, diagnostics, and
referrals. Full-time position, 4 days per week. Compensation: Base
salary range: $90,664 - $106,664 $15,000 sign-on bonus Up to
$20,000 relocation assistance Benefits: 7 weeks combined Vacation
and CME time $3,600 CME funds 457(b) and 403(b) retirement plans 4
days sick time per year Health, dental, vision insurance Short and
long term disability, life insurance Requirements: Minimum 2 years
in sleep medicine or related field New graduates considered with 5
years RN experience, strong critical thinking, communication
skills, and eagerness to learn.
