Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Colchester, Vermont.Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: TravelTravel Rate: $95 Radius: $90: 51-100 miles Local: $85: 50 miles or less RN for Adult Home Health: 8H Days, 40H weeks; 1 weekend per month, will have time off during week to accommodate weekend schedule; BLS required; Must have 3-5 years of home health exp, preferably someone who is fluent in Oasis; This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-28 clients and will be expected to do 6-7 units per day (which will be a mixture of routine visits, admissions, recertifications and discharges); We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
