Here, you'll join gifted colleagues who make a lasting difference in people's lives every day. - - - - Overview: Gentiva Hospice is looking for a Registered Nurse Regional Support to join our team. -Full-Time, Full Benefits -Our In-House Traveler! - Great way to gain experience and career path into Leadership opportunities. -Our ideal candidate would have hospice experience and 2 years or more of RN acute experience. -We visit our patients in their home or facilityMileage ReimbursmentTravel Expenses -CPR CertificationCovering New England branch locations (MA, RI, CT, ME)This position reports to the AVP of Operations and will function on temporary assignments in a branch where there is a vacant position, increase in census or when additional staffing is deemed necessary. -

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family
• Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
• Case manages all assigned patient clinical records. About You:
  • Registered Nurse with current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience, either in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health. School internships and clinical hours may be considered as experience in individual cases.
