  • L&D/Post-Partum RN Nights & EOW - 36hrs
  • Unit Name: Labor & Delivery/Post Partum Unit
  • Bed Count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 OR's, 2 RR, 2 ANU with 4 beds
  • Census: Average daily census 15-25 mother, babies and labor
  • EMR (Charting System): EPIC
  • Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate position w/ 1 Night of Call is (7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a). Eves & Nights positions are straight shifts
    • Job Requirements
    • Years of Experience Required: 3 years minimum
    • Skill Sets Required: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care
    • Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4
    • Patient Population: All
    • Certifications Required: Active Massachusetts RN License. BLS, NRP & EFM (every 2 years)
      • Schedule Information
