  Hourly Pay Rate - $60 to $64/hr. (Based on Experience)
  
  Job Requirements -
  At least 2 years of exp. as Psych RN with Pediatric.
  Active RN license in Massachusetts.
  Active BLS from AHA.
  Covid Vaccination.
  
  Other Job Details -
  1) Unit: Pediatric Psychiatry.
  2) Brief Unit Description: Inpatient Program, patients ages 3 to 17 years of age who require inpatient stay receive 24-hour care through our child and adolescent services program. We offer a nurturing and non-coercive environment.
  3) Years of Experience Required: 2 years minimum.
  4) Skill Sets Required: Trauma informed, patient-centered, and verbally capable of de-escalating patients.
  5) Clinician to Patient Ratio: RN to Patient: 1 to 3.
  6) Patient Population: Children ages 3-17.
  7) Bed Count: 30.
  8) Census: 20-25.
  9) EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
  10) Floating Required: Yes, to other behavioral health areas within the Units
  11) Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, up to 20% for Day positions.
